The Trial Everyone Is Watching Is Asking the Wrong Question
The Musk v. Altman trial will not determine who governs AI. No one in that courtroom is asking who controls the infrastructure — including orbital compute operating beyond any regulator's jurisdiction. That is the conversation we need to have right now.
